You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your item(s) are shipped. Some tracking updates will not appear for a few days after the package ships, depending on where it's the destination.
If any package is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. It can take 8 weeks or more for a refused or undeliverable package to arrive back to us. The original shipping cost and customs are non-refundable.
For international orders, your country's Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at the delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes.
Each order has a 24 hr grace period where the order can be canceled for a full refund. After the 24 hr grace period, all sales are final and only an exchange or store credit will be accommodated for items purchased at full price.
Limited Edition, Collaboration, Products purchased with coupon and Sale items sales are all final.
