All orders except ALTERED goods, can be returned within 48 hours of receiving the order.  Once we receive the item back in the condition it was received, you will get your refund minus a small return fee. You have 48hr from when the order is received to contact us about any issues. 

Orders purchased with an alteration CANNOT be returned or exchanged. 

Emails are answered on weekdays from 10am - 5pm pst in the order they are received, please allow 2 business days for a response. You can also use the chat bubble at the bottom of the screen to contact us directly.

In the event that your order cannot be cancelled or updated before being sent out, please contact us immediately. Since some pieces tend to sell out faster than others, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

FRESHIAM is not responsible for incurring charges to reship or replace an order if incorrect information or address has been provided. 


Orders are processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days, unless stated in the product description.  All orders ship from our Downtown, Los Angeles Studio.

FRESHIAM will not replace or refund orders that are stolen, lost, or damaged in transit.

All delivery estimates quoted are provided by the shipping carrier directly. We do not guarantee any delivery times.

FRESHIAM is not responsible for customs delays.

We are not responsible for delays due to any weather conditions, postal delays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, natural disasters, or refusal to accept packages.


Domestic shipping is provided through the USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL.

All domestic orders over $100 will include FREE standard shipping!

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout to shorten delivery time.



All International orders over $200 will include FREE standard International shipping!

International shipping estimates vary depending on country and shipping class, and are provided directly by the Shipping Carrier. FRESHIAM does not guarantee delivery times.

Your country's Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes.
