HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
It takes 1 - 3 business days, not including weekends to ship, plus the Shipping option you choose at checkout.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP PRE-ORDERS/PRE-SALES? 
Pre-order/Pre-sale order Ship times are always located in the product descriptions.  Please read descriptions fully before purchasing.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A?
Yes we ship worldwide using USPS, UPS, and DHL.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER WITH MY ORDER?
Once the item has shipped you will receive an automated email containing the tracking number.  If you have not received an email with a tracking number, your order has not shipped.

WHAT ARE CUSTOM AND DUTIES FEE?
Your country's Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes.

We ship our packages worldwide using USPS, UPS, and DHL.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY?
All orders are final, no exchanges or returns.
