WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All Pre-orders, discount code purchases, or items purchase on sale are FINAL, but you can exchange for store credit. You have 48hr from when the order is received to contact us about any issues. 

Items purchased at full price get FREE exchanges, there's a re-stocking fee for each returned item.  You have 48hr from when the order is received to contact us about any issues. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

It generally takes 1 - 3 business days to drop of at the carrier, plus the ship time you chose at checkout.  For specific ship times please read all product descriptions before purchasing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP PRE-ORDERS/DENIM ALTERATIONS? 
Pre-order ship times are always located in the product descriptions or directly below the pre-order button. Denim alterations usually take an additional 5 - 7 business days to ship.  Please read descriptions fully before purchasing.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
Yes we ship worldwide using USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER WITH MY ORDER?
Once the item has shipped you will receive an automated email containing the tracking number.  If you have not received an email with a tracking number, your order has not shipped.

DO YOU OFFER DENIM ALTERATIONS?
Yes, we alter just the waist and length.  Please note this will extend the delivery time by up to 5 - 7 business days and is an additional fee for each alteration. 

WHAT ARE CUSTOM AND DUTIES FEE?
Your country's Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes.
