Who is Justin Boone?
I am an aspiring creator, by way of photography, style, and design.
Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Northeast D.C and moved to Maryland at the age of 6
If you were to run for president, why should people vote for you?
I don’t take any interest in politics. But, if I were to run for president, I would tell people to run for me because I would take the time to learn from those who were before me. You become wise through experience, and there are no better teachers, than those who have had to make similar decisions before you.
Who are your life inspirations/influences?
I get most of my inspiration from those who I am in direct contact with; my friends, my mother, and everyday pedestrians. I also draw inspiration from brands, well-known artists, and photographers, such as, Bill Cunningham.
What is your favorite genre/genres of music?
I love listening to R&B and Soul
Describe your fashion/style/ favorite brands?
My style is fresh. Meaning, you never really know what to expect. I like to renew my closet often; taking things out to make room for new, refreshing pieces. I thrift a lot but my favorite brands are Raf Simons, Helmut Lang, Visvim, Greg Lauren and my personal designs

What advice would you give to creatives wanting to push their craft ?
Only do what you’re passionate about. There will be times, when pursuing your craft wont be fun. During those times, you’ll need to rely on your passion to keep you driven. Stay Inspired.
What are your contributions to the arts/creative community ?
I believe I’ve contributed to bringing light to the style and potential fashion scene in Atlanta. There is no reason why Atlanta cant be a rising fashion capital, and I’d like to assist in making that come to fruition.
What are your hobbies/free time activities?
During my free time I enjoy skateboarding, taking street style photos, roller skating at Cascade, and designing clothing.
What are your life/career goals?
My life goal is to inspire. I want to make an impact on everyone that comes in contact with me, both near and far.
What do you feel are your biggest accomplishments in your life/career?
My biggest accomplishment thus far would be, shooting and creative directing “The Lab” at Bloomingdales, Lenox.
Favorite vacation place ?
I don’t take many “vacations” but my favorite place to travel is Manhattan, New York.

My favorite food is sushi

What are your goals/plans for 2018?
My goals for 2018 are to continue to inspire. I’d like to create more opportunities for myself to shoot street style photos in New York and I’d like to launch my brand in the Spring.
How has your craft helped you in life ?
My photography has opened doors for me and allowed me to build relationships that I may have never had the opportunity to do myself. My photography has allowed me to use social platforms, such as Instagram, to become noticed.
What is your biggest fear ?
My biggest fear, is not fulfilling my calling. I believe we all have a purpose/calling and if I don’t fulfill mine, I’m afraid that I won’t touch the lives that I’m supposed to.
What is a normal day for you like ?
My daily routine, outside of hygiene, is different almost everyday. But the average day consists of music, stopping by Attom Shop at the Shops Buckhead, designing, and spending some time with my friends Kris, Mya, and TIffany.
What changes would you like to see in the world ?
I’d like to see more love. I feel like the world would be a more positive place if people remembered the power of loving one another. Love is powerful and taken for granted, it seems simple, but it can move mountains.

My favorite visual artists are Johnetta Boone, Pharrell, Lenny Kravitz, and Spiff (@kingspiff_)
Why should people care about you?
There’s nothing that I can say that will solidify why people should care about me, other than the fact that I’m human. We should all care about each other, and the things that make us individuals. If you care to know who I am, then you wiill, and if not then you wont. It’s a decision that I cant persuade anyone to make.
What past work and collaborations are you most fond of?
One of my favorite collaboration to date is Greg Lauren x Moncler. Greg Lauren took a brand that is somewhat known for its structure and uniformity and completely deconstructed it. I loved every part of it. It was daring and unique; and that’s how your work gets remembered.
